Updates to the Checksetup Testing Script

	The test-checksetup tinderbox script has some updates, as of today. It
will now check the schema it creates at the end of every checksetup run,
and compare it to the tip schema to make sure that it is exactly
identical.

	If it's not identical, it will print out the differences as a slightly
mangled diff.

	I think that there is still one error in certain types of upgrades
(related to Schema), so the checksetup tinderbox will probably burn on
the next run.

	There are also some differences where some tables will have PACK_KEYS
in MySQL and some tables won't. Do we actually care about that schema
difference?
