Warning for CVS Users: Next Checksetup May Be Long

If you are using the current CVS tip of Bugzilla, you should know that
your next checksetup run may be much longer than normal. I've checked-in
some code into Bugzilla that renames all the indexes in the database, to
conform to our new database-independent Schema standards.

Unfortunately, the only way to rename an index in MySQL is to drop it
and re-create it. So this will be re-creating all the indexes in your
database.

If the checksetup run will take longer than five minutes (at an
estimate), you are given the chance to abort before the renaming begins,
so that you can schedule the checksetup run at a better time if you'd
like.

I currently estimate that it will take about 5 minutes for each 15,000
bugs in your database.
