Need to receive notice when cvs-mirror.mozilla.org has a checkin

We have many patches against BZ, we dont want them to bitrot, but due to 
budget constraints, we cannot check them as often as we like.

We have a semi automated way of checking against bitrot, and just relying 
on cvs up to spew C's is not going to work as a substitute.

Now that we have all our patches organized with some meta data and test 
cases, all we need is to run the procedures when the file changes, and 
post a needs review note to our developers.

can bonsai push?
can bonsai tell me that cvs ci file1 file2 file3?


we need the simplest of information:

file, rev
file, rev
file, rev
