cvs commit tracking???

Jud Dagnall recently added a feature for this. If you add something like
"[bug 12345]" to a cvs commit message, cvs will automatically add a
comment to that bug (same message that cvs emails for commit
notifications). You can even fix bugs by including "[fix bug 12345]".
