Need Your Help, Please

Dave,

I tried to add a severity in localconfig, and now I am getting the
following error:

I ran ./checksetup.pl after that and got no errors.

Server error!

    The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete
your request. 

    Error message:
    Premature end of script headers: index.cgi 

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster 

Error 500

What should I do, please help. I cannot access the bugzilla system. And
I am getting in a panic mode.
