	You know, I'd say that SVG is the best format, since that can be opened
in almost any vector drawing program. For example, I've actually
discovered that I prefer OpenOffice Draw 1.1 for my diagrams -- it has
the best interface and does everything that I need.

	I found that it's difficult to make easily printable diagrams in Dia,
though it's very easy to make diagrams that are larger than one page
(trade-off).
