Hey ya, I made a very short evaluation of bug
reporting tools for my project and below is the list
of the tools I compared. My point with this posting is
that if you haven't heard of these tools, go check
them out, there might some good ideas to implement in
bugzilla, too.

(Yes, I ended up recommending Bugzilla, it's easy to
use and commonly used although I noticed the as many
competing solutions are trumpeting: bugzilla is mainly
for bug reporting only, others are useful also in
request tracking, support, process control. Anyways,
thanks for your hard work!)
