Not a lot of people show up in the first place. Those that do find the
review process disencouraging; first because it takes ages to happen,
second because people tend to be nitpicky about all the little details.
The state of the codebase, while improving, isn't anything to write home
about.

I don't think most people are disencouraged by the lack of guidelines,
though having a clear direction of where we are going would help a lot.
I suspect this has to do with Dave having been very busy for most of the
past year, and hope it will change over the following weeks.
