Up to a point. However, there are a number of Mozilla hackers who would 
certainly agree that you can have too much of this particular good 
thing. Which was the point of the discussion.

Implementing moderation would be another further mistake in the same 
line. People would argue about moderation, demand meta-moderation, 
complain that their important comment was getting ignored because a key 
person had a threshold set higher, etc. etc. This is a can of worms we 
really do _not_ want to open.
