Non-root installs

Non-root installs are easy; I've done them for two clients recently, and it didn't involve more than a quick find-and-replace (I use sed, not the perl one-liner) to fix the shebang line, and it was done. As long as they are all using the same custom version of perl, with the right modules installed, you don't need an additoinal 'use' line.
