Copying Everything to Global Email Address

In going through the bugzilla (v2.16.4) preferences, I was hoping to find
the ability to set an email address that would receive a copy of every bug-
relate email that went out.  I see none.

Is there any way to do this?  I'd like to use such to forward all our bug
info to a newsgroup for easier access.

I could use the "qa" address, but I'd rather reserve this for other uses.

Any ideas?  Thanks!
