It's actually intended to be both.  The look and feel is what's mostly done
now, he was going to start working on the content this coming week when he
gets back from his trip.

Which is the main intention.  We decided to do the look and feel overhaul
at the same time in order to fit in with Mozilla.org's look, since we're
now a decent sized chunk of their advertising.

As part of the content overhaul, I was envisioning the sidebar containing
links to things within each section (for developers, for administrators,
for end-users, etc) and the top bar containing the links to each section.

There's still room for dissension.  Mozilla.org uses that logo on their
website (they chose it without consulting us during their last site
redesign, but I thought it looked good, and it fits well with the other
mozilla.org stuff)
