Guess I should clarify that... on 3.23 it won't have an effect. Yes,
on 4.0, the lower you drop that number, the longer it'll take to run
searches on it (because the index will be bigger). The speed difference
doesn't seem to be a whole lot on bugzilla.mozilla.org though.
