To put Mike's request in plain English ;) What we need on the front page
is a short and concise list of 10 or so of the best features Bugzilla
has. These should be things that will pique a PHB's interest, and or
make someone go "Wow, I need that". The existing list is stolen out of
old documentation, and appears to be slightly embellished (there may be
things in there that "yeah, you can do that, but it requires hacking"
which probably shouldn't be there.

On the actual features page, we need to list *everything* that can be
considered a feature of Bugzilla, even if it makes it 15 pages long. :)
This is the page they get when they click for *details* of course. :)
The references to version 2.16 in Mike's request meant that we've kept
pretty good track of the new features added since 2.16 by way of the new
features announcements in the status updates. But we have very little
record of what features exist that were implemented prior to 2.16.
Coming up with a list like this is harder than it sounds, for people
that have been using Bugzilla for a long time. We're used to everything
Bugzilla does, so "what makes it unique" or "what several other trackers
do that we do also" is hard to think up off the top of your head,
because we know little else :) This would be a good topic for people
on this list who have just recently dived into Bugzilla to help with.
What made you choose Bugzilla? What does Bugzilla do that we should be
advertising?
