Not very, although it depends on what we're talking about. Having multiple 
processes/threads is, of course, fine in Windows. Using ActiveState Perl's 
fork() emulation isn't that good; you can read the comments in 
<http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=225359> for some insight and 
links to additional information.
