Yeah, what do we have as far as a Bugzilla legal entity? I think a
d/b/a as you would probably be OK... I would trust you to decide what to
do with the money. :-) (Of course, then you'd also have to pay the taxes
on it -- it might be better to become a non-profit.)

No, I don't think we need to. It seems to me that most open-source
projects that I've worked with tend to actively promote their
competitors, or at least provide links to them. :-) Since we're not a
profit-based entity, we don't really have much to fear from competitors,
I think.
It does seem *weird* to advertise competitors on our site. I bet they
would get the most click-through, though...
