data/versioncache and Scmbug

Hello,

It's my understanding that under bz 2.14 and 2.16, there is a file
called data/versioncache, that gets periodically regenerated. Is this
file still available under bz 2.18 ?

I used to remove this file when a tagging operation was issued under CVS
with the Scmbug integration system. I'm testing this now on 2.18, and I
just don't see that file anywhere. I just entered a entry in the
versions table, and the versions are not refreshing now. How can I force
a version cache regeneration under bz 2.18 now ?
