That'd be Mike Morgan. Original design gratuitously swiped from the one
Dave Shea did for Mozilla.org and modified for Bugzilla by Mike.

Yeah, really. That's one of the things I keep hearing is Bugzilla still
"looks" like a quick hack, even if it really isn't one under the hood
anymore.

I'm not sure if it's worth it at this point... I think the new site is
complete enough now (even if not all of the content has been rewritten
yet) to go ahead and switch it over when we release 2.18rc1 in the next
couple days. It's already a suitable replacement for the existing
website, even if the enhanced content we wanted to also do isn't in
place yet. For that one file (the installation list), I can remember to
keep it when I pull everything else over.
The cool part about the beta website: it's all in Template Toolkit. You
can drop your installation list in there raw, and not bother running a
script to convert it to HTML. The template will just load the file and
convert it for you :) (I'm not sure if a template to do it that way has
actually been done yet, but it should be a piece of cake to do). In
fact, there is a MySQL server available on there... we could even put
it in the database and use DBI to pull the data for the template if you
want to do that.
