mysql performance + bugzilla

yeah, i've already done that. i should point out that i don't think bz
is slow; my new manager does. i've poked around online some more and
still haven't found any hard evidence regarding performance degredation
with large tables. i just need something to return back to my boss to
justify not changing anything...
