Since version 0.4.1, Scmbug (http://freshmeat.net/projects/scmbug),
which integrates CVS with Bugzilla, supports sending email on commits
(see 4.2.2.6 in
http://www.public.asu.edu/~makrists/scmbug/latest_manual/html/x193.html#GLUE-CHECKS)

It is possible to modify the email content to include this information.
Nobody else expressed interest for such content, but this could be added
if you really want this feature.
