CF spec v. 0.1

Hi all!

Before going any further, I would like to commit my first thoughs on the 
CF specification. I stopped right after defining what values a custom 
field might have (before defining even to what should CFs be applied) to 
see if we all agree here and to get some input. It is pretty simple as 
it is. I added two figures which clear out the structure. It's pretty 
simple UML so I guess there should be no problem, ok?

I'll be waiting for your input.

As soon as we agree on this basic principle I would suggest to starting 
to figure to what should we apply CFs to: bugs, products, components, 
versions, all, just a few...
