As long as it's an option. :)  It basically exposes your entire user 
list to the general public (whether they've ever filed a bug or 
commented or not), which makes it not a good thing to have available by 
default.

This is one of those things that might want to be implimented as a 
plugin if we could pull that off...  (changes to the core to make it be 
able to hook in properly more than welcome)
