Official means Dave, and he already said that there won't be any 
promises in the name of the Bugzilla project regarding features for a 
specified release.

If we mean strategic without any release plan in mind, or some kind of 
guidelines, I guess this is what the roadmap is for, and he said that he 
will update it.
