arch mirror of bugzilla CVS?

Unless there's been major changes to cscvs in the last couple months, it 
doesn't work real well with our repository.  Mozilla did too many weird 
things with the cvs repo, and it breaks cscvs left and right.  (I tried 
it once already myself).

That said, there *were* folks working on improvements to cscvs dealing 
with weird situations (Robert Collins I believe) but I don't know if 
that ever made it back upstream.
