a question on tools like Bonsai, LXR etc

They are quite different; their integration, however, may make it
difficult at first to distinguish between them. I suggest taking a look
at the LXR, Bonsai, Tinderbox and Bugzilla installations at mozilla.org
to see exactly what each of them does.
