If you have them fire onChange, then you don't need to use extra clicks
to run them. And note that the dropdown list scales better (in general)
than horizontally displaying them anyway.

This is somewhere where I think it doesn't make sense to be too picky
up-front -- if the overall change is good enough to start with, we can
fine-tune based on feedback over a period.
