Hi,
    Is it possible to add/remove menus and their contents via the 
template utility? For example instead of having a platform pull-down 
menu with possible platforms values, I would like to have a "technology" 
menu with different values. I would like to be able to change the number 
of such attributes associated with a bug - is it possible? After 
examining the perl cgi's it looks as though the application is reading 
these values from the database and not from the template.
