Looking for module/patch supports User Defined Fields of Bugzilla

Hello Bugzilla developers,

I've successfully deployed Bugzilla but it does not have ability to add user
defined fields. Could you kindly help me find the above mentioned
module/patch.

P/s: I've examined the bug 91037
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91037) but it seems that this
patch has not been stable enough?
