New Q:A for FAQ

Good day,

I just finished my first install of bugzilla. By and large, it went
really well. I did have one problem in the configuration settings. The
explanation of the cookiepath parameter was unclear to me, causing me to
enter '/bugzilla/' instead of just '/'. My installation is at
/var/www/html/bugzilla. I have included a suggested FAQ entry at the
request of kiko over at #mozwebtools.

Best regards,

Bruce Heerssen

Why do users have to login again with each request?

The cookiepath parameter is not set or is set incorrectly. This
parameter sets the path parameter of the cookies that are sent to users'
browsers. It should point to the directory immediately above that of
your bugzilla installation. For instance, if your installation resides
at http://www.yourserver.com/bugzilla, then the cookiepath parameter
should be a single slash [/] mark indicating the root document directory.
