If you haven't quit and restarted Firebird in the last week or so, try
that.  The Mozilla-based stuff has a habit of indefinitely caching IP
addresses, and bugzilla.mozilla.org's IP address changed recently. :)  The
machine at the old IP address had Apache disabled a few days ago.
