Core files from huge apps, probably.  That's what Zippy wants big
attachments for (we only have theirs at 25 MB though).  Theirs are still in
the database (and due to quirks with DBD::Sybase, are actually stored as
hexadecimal-encoded text, so it takes twice that space on the server).
