when you ran checksetup.pl it asked for a administrator email and password

use those to login into it via http://yoursite/bugzilla

then the link will appear in the footer

ALL PAGES IN BUGZILLA ARE DYNAMIC


reading the source code wont help too much unless you have many hours 
experience with templates or bz
