In my Mozilla 1.5 they look the same, but in Mozilla 1.2.1 at work
the first is displayed with as
       'This XML file does not appear to have any style information
        associated with it. The document tree is shown below.'
while the latter is shown as HTML (eating all the <tags>).
Quite strange.
