{Spam?} disabling keyboard shortcuts

ok, we officially launched our bugzilla installation today (can someone
update the HOF?). I've gotten some complaints from people w/r/t the
keyboard shortcuts. when they exist, normal IE commands (alt-e, alt-h)
don't work.

is there a way in ie to disable the rendering of these shortcuts? has
anyone else heard this complaint before?
