Another option would be to go to editparams.cgi as an admin and include a
line in the headers of newchanged mail like:

CC: myapplicationemailaddress at company.com

And then have your application check that address. That way, your
application would get a copy of every bugmail (not including new accounts or
password changes) sent out.
