Migrating from 2.14 to 2.16

It might be important to note that this is a ONE-WAY migration. I did not
see it in the manual warning you that if you upgrade the database to a newer
version for Bugzilla you will not be able to go back with out making your
own reverse version of the checksetup.pl's upgrade code. Should this be in
the manual?

You know what? It is so blatantly obvious, that if you would have
replied with a RTFM single line, I would definetly not have the right to
be pissed off. I'll SO try to do it next time.
