interface change...

Dear All,

Hi. We want to customise the bugzilla application to use it as an issue
tracking software not just a software bug tracking application. we want to
keep a track of all request(fault related request) that goes in to our
systems admin department(which we are treating as alternatives to software
bugs)and store them in our bugzilla database. what we want is to change the
interface of the software (that is the existing template) and design one for
our needs. what do i need in that case??

Sure...

Just copy the database and use SQL commands to delete all the records in
bugs, bug_group_map, attachments, etc....

If we knew the Bugzilla version you were using, we might even be able to
tell you the commands to use.
