Nope. I'm not aware of any installations actually using that database
anymore, unless they also, are old. The "tip" install uses a database
called "bugs_tip" and the 2.16.3 install uses one called "bugs_216". Most
of the test installs use "bugs_12345" where 12345 is the bug number of the
bug they're testing.
The tip install was on bugs at one time, but it got moved to bugs_tip,
mostly for that reason :-) (people have done things to the tip database
before on accident trying to test schema changes)
