When the chart graphs the bugs I get Bug Counts 10.000 - 80.000, how would I
get rid of the 3 decimal precision?

You probably have a version of libgd that supports png but not gif, and
Chart 0.99 supports gif but not png.
I installed Chart 2.2 and forced the image type to png, and it works
okay for me.
I used to see exactly the same problem you describe.
