Charts on Bugzilla

I am having a problem with the reports.cgi where the chart does not get
made. Most of the time the program seems to make a gif that is zero in size.
Now the bar charts work, but the change over time charts do not. Can anyone
help me with this? To get the data collection to work I made it so the
checkduplicates.cgi does not check the login. The mining directory does
actually have the right data in it but the charts does not get made. Can
anyone help me with this? I could not find a bug that covers my problem.
