How to clone an existing bugzilla database

[usmle Prep]

Dear developers,
I just want to retain the same data structure as
existing bugzilla database. The newly created database
should have all the products,customfields similar to
the existing database, but should n't contain any
bugs.Is it possible to achieve this.
