Using I frame to contain the additional Comments section

No, because this is a community discussion list and replies are supposed to
go to the list.  We have so much trouble with that on mozilla-webtools I
don't even want to think about trying it here.  I *hate* lists that don't
reply to the list because you have to either a) change the address back to
the list when you reply or b) reply-to-all.  I hate being the recipient of
a reply-to-all because that means I have to read it twice (once in the copy
sent to me, and once in the copy sent to the list).  I get enough mail
already, I don't need that.
