Lines really long in comment fields

Which patch do I apply? All I get is errors when I try to apply it.

It means your browser doesn't honor a "netscapism" on the TEXTAREA
attribute which Netscape, Mozilla, and MSIE all honor.

Fixing Bugzilla to work without depending on that non-standard browser
