You should attach them as diff -u to a Bugzilla bug (as it says to do on 
http://www.bugzilla.org ;-)

Well, it would need to be seen first. :-) It may turn out that no-one 
has enough time to do anything with it, but attaching it to a bug is a 
good first step.
