buglist.cgi times out

Hi Friends,
Buglist.cgi times out on my bugzilla installation.I
did verify that the permissions are good and the same
buglist.cgi script runs on another instance of
bugzilla on the same server(different database). I
feel it's something to do with the database. Do any
one know what might have  gone wrong with the
database? One more thing is if I run a older version
of buglist.cgi it works fine but it doesn't have
customfields support.
