Geeta - it seems that you are having an unusual amount of trouble 
installing and configuring Bugzilla. Perhaps your company should 
consider hiring one of the consultants listed on this page:
http://www.bugzilla.org/consulting.html

They would be able to devote as much time as was needed to helping you 
with your problems.
