Cannot obtain results from any queries...

Dear all:
 
I have been having trouble searching bugs from the database.  I know
that the MySQL is working because "My Bugs" works, so does "Find bug #".
However, whenever I tried to use the query page to query for bug
entries, no matter how specific (highlight only the "properties" of a
bug entry) or general (highlight every options)), it still returns
nothing.
 
Are there some common configuration tricks that I missed?  Or I just
have to learn how to query bugs again?
