Yea, I looked at it but it seems to require too much conformity on behalf
of the user.
The goal is to not require any knowledge about bugzilla from the user's
point of view. Further we don't want them to be able to 'do' bugzilla
functions via email.
If the user is advanced then they will follow the link to the QA web site.
