There's been a number of bugs filed on bugzilla.mozilla.org recently
suggesting that we link to points in the documentation from various places
in Bugzilla to give people quicker access to the docs (and maybe even point
out to some people that they're actually there).

I don't think it's all that bad of an idea, but the question then comes to
be what do we link it to?

The docs directory is a subdirectory of the Bugzilla directory, so in
theory you could link to the local copy, but the permissions won't
necessarily be set so the webserver can see it...   Or we could link to the
online versions, but that stands a chance of the documentation being newer
than the code...
