[Fwd: [Bug 193177] new report print bug counts and changes vs. time]

Hello Grev/All,

I have a query with 2.16.1. When I enable usebuggroupsentry 
and usebuggroups parameter. The group for the product is 
automatocally created.

However, the user when logs in cannot see the product in 
the query page and also does not have access to the product 
for entering the bug.

What could be the reason????????????
